Thanksgiving Sunday Railfanning

Well, It's been awhile since I've posted anything. I was out with Dave (NBSRFAN) yesterday to catch a few trains on a beautiful Canadian Thanksgiving Sunday.

In the morning, we caught an NBSR Transfer train heading up the massive grade towards Dever Yard, on Saint John's west side.



Later in the afternoon, we caught CN 406 west heading through Rothesay, just outside of Saint John, with CN 2421 & BCOL 4645 for power, with 84 cars.



I also managed to catch CN 406 east with the BCOL unit in the lead, I'll post it once the video is uploaded.

CN Train In Hampton

Last Thursday, I caught CN 406 east blasting through Hampton, NB with 77 cars. Here's the video.

Labor Day Railfanning

I was in Moncton last Monday (Labor Day Monday) to catch a few trains. It turned out pretty good, as I caught a total 9 trains.

Labour Day Moncton Monday

I'm venturing up to Moncton tomorrow morning to do a bit of Railfanning, before the long weekend is over. Hopefully I'll be able to catch a few trains to make the trip worth while.
